Metronome

A drum and bass daydream

Flickering between the strobes

Your silhouette, a broken heart

Finding the salve

In rhythms desynced

A cypher watches in awe

Jealous of the healing between your hips

The joining of joints

She moves for self

We make no illusions of it

In the eye

Aren’t we each someone’s silhouette

Dancing to a beat no one can find

Dank mystic

Riding the line

A run up to heaven

Freedom
